How much does it cost to ship my order?
We can ship to almost any country, and all products are eligible for free shipping worldwide.
What shipping methods are used?
Most shipments will ship by sea.
Please note that although we ship worldwide, some orders are subject to additional customs checks or duties upon delivery. The customer is responsible for all customs fees, duties, or tariffs. For any such cases, our customer care department will be contacted immediately to assist you.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Once your order has been placed, it will be shipped within 3 business days. U.S. deliveries generally take 5 to 15 business days, depending on geographic location. In locations other than the United States, delivery takes 7-20 days, depending on the location. You can check the status of your order at any time by logging into your account.
We are very sorry that shipping delays have been affected during the outbreak. While this is unfortunately out of our control, we will do our best to improve this issue. Please give us some more time.
I am unable to place an order. What can I do?
If you are unable to place an order, please try the following.
Try the payment process again and see if it goes through.
Place your order using your computer instead of your smartphone/tablet.
Try Firefox, as our website tends to work best on this internet browser.
If your payment still does not go through, please contact our help desk and provide us with a screenshot.
Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order if it has already been shipped. However, you can return it to us once you have received the package. It should be returned to us unopened within 14 days.
Please include your name, order number, and reason for return on the package or box.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been confirmed and verified, your account will show that your order has been “completed”. When the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email that you can use to track your package on the shipping company’s website.
How many sales tax do I have to pay?
The prices on maccebicycle.com include VAT on all shipments to the United States and EU countries. For shipments to other countries, the customer is responsible for paying any final VAT or excise taxes imposed by each country.
Do I have to pay any customs or duty fees for my order?
Please note that orders placed outside of the European Union, Australia or the United States may be subject to additional import taxes and duties once they arrive in the designated country. As Macce has no control over these charges, you are responsible for any additional import tax and duty charges.

For shipping to EU countries.

For deliveries to countries outside the EU.

Once your purchase has been verified, we will send you an order confirmation via email.
Will my credit card information be stored?
For your security, Macce does not store any credit card information. If you are not comfortable providing your credit card information online, please fill out the help desk form and we will provide an alternative payment method.
When you submit your order, the online purchase will be charged to your credit card. However, the transaction will only proceed once we have verified your credit card information, received credit authorization, and confirmed the availability of inventory. If for any reason we are unable to complete your order, we will notify you via email.
